Long before the first tree was planted, Joseph and Faith Mutinda carried a vision — a quiet, persistent dream of a place in the hills of Machakos where family could breathe, children could grow, and the rhythms of nature could restore what the city slowly drains.

Kitile Village, with its ancient hills, generous rains, and rich red soil, became the home of that vision. This farm is not merely a project — it is a declaration. A declaration that land can be loved, that nature can be tended with grace, and that a family's deepest roots are in the earth they steward.

The Vision Takes Root
Joseph and Faith Mutinda acquire land in Kitile Village, Mwala Sub-County. The dream of an integrated family farm is born — not from profit, but from purpose.
First Seasons

The first orchard saplings are planted — mangoes, avocados, and lemons. The first animals arrive: dairy cattle and free-range poultry, marking the beginning of integrated life on the farm.
Expansion
The Farm Grows
The orchard expands to 13 fruit varieties. Dorper sheep, superior goat breeds, rabbits, and the first beehives are introduced. The integrated farming system takes shape.
Today
A Living Sanctuary
Peacocks, guinea fowls, geese, and pigs now complete the farm's living community. The orchard blooms. The hives hum. The family returns every season to a place more beautiful than they left it.
